The ultimate goal of budo is the transformation of personality, creation of harmonious personalities.It is still rare in the philosophical discussions in the dojo, in the gym. The focus is mainly the exercise: continuous reps learn the basic movements, the timing, breathing. The students will learn to grab the opponent’s action, and direct it back to the combat effectiveness and force techniques. At the same time they learn to stay balanced in all circumstances.
Most part of the practice is done with partners, they all work in accordance with their capabilities, alternately as uke (the attacker) and nage (or tori, who receives the attack). Both are important roles, both parties will contribute to skill development, increasing sensitivity.
Aikidoka is a relaxed posture of the gains, in which the physiology of the body weight is in the centre, it is touted to the lower abdomen. Gravity is no longer a force we need to overcome and italso helps your posture and strength. As a result, everyday movements can become lighter. The consequences of centralization are spiritual as well as carnal: the life force increases, the senses will arm the individual with less impact on the everyday annoyances and inconveniences. This state is called in Japan, who held that the hara, or strong ki, internal capabilities, which will help the aikido practitioners realize the full opportunities of all walks of life.
