About the adult group

A workout for adults in aikido fully transfers the knowledge of different  techniques of unarmed and armed training at the tachi waza( standing), suwari waza(seated) and hanmi- handachi waza (attacker standing, defensive sitting) positions. Aikido is a lifelong practice, the complexity of an opportunity.

Training sessions for children and adults, girls, and boys alike take place in a good mood. If you don’t do aikido, but you are interested, you look around the pages or look for a workout- it can be life-long experience that you’ll get!

The training sessions are led by Norbert Hochstrasser (3. dan) who is an MKDE instructor.
